L´objectif spécifique de cette mission est e.a. de
- Faciliter la mise en oeuvre du Programme d'appui à l´intégration sociale en Tunisie en poursuivant l'appui au Ministère des affaires sociales pour la mise en oeuvre du programme Amen Social.
- Assister le Ministère des affaires sociales (MAS), en coordination avec le Ministère de la femme, de la famille et des séniors (MFFS) et le Ministère de l´économie, des finances et appuis aux investissements (MEFAI) à mettre en place un système structuré de dialogue sectoriel et de suivi de la mise en oeuvre du programme technique et financier
- Préparer les éléments nécessaires pour les décaissements
Le profil de l’expert récherché :
Egalité de genre - Cat. II (>6 années d'expérience)
- Diplôme universitaire de niveau Master en rapport avec les domaines de cette mission.
-Minimum 6 ans d’expérience dans des projets concernant l'égalité entre les femmes et les hommes en lien avec le développement humain, l’inclusion sociale et les droits humains dont les droits des femmes;
-Expérience et expertise (minimum 2 ans) spécifiques de l’analyse selon le genre / l’intégration du genre / participation des femmes;
- Expérience professionnelle dans des projets de coopération avec la société civile ;
-Au moins 1 expérience dans l'évaluation de politiques et mesures de prévention, lutte, prise en charge de violences à l´égard des femmes et des enfants.
-Connaissance approfondie du contexte de développement sociale en Tunisie ;
-2 expériences professionnelles spécifiques de programmes de développement dans les secteurs de cette mission ;
-Au moins 1 expérience dans la formulation des projets UE ;
- Connaissance des mécanismes d'appui aux politiques sectorielles de l´UE et de suivi des indicateurs y afférant ;
- Connaissance des procédures de contractualisation et octroi de contrats de l´UE.
- Compétences linguistiques : Excellente maîtrise de la langue française écrite et orale.

Cadena international development projects is shortlisted for Developing a Harmonized TVET Qualification Framework and at least TEN (10) Regional Harmonized Occupational Standards in the Priority Areas of EASTRIP for the three countries – Ethiopia, Kenya and Tanzania. The Priority Areas are: ICT; Agro-processing; Electrical/Power & Transport/Railway.
In light of this, Cadena is searching for experts in each Priority Area (ICT; Agro-processing; Electrical/Power & Transport/Railway) that meet the following requirements:
- Possessing a Masters’ degree in relevant field.
- Having teaching experience of at least three years in the TVET sector (in one of the three countries).
- Experience in the development of occupational standards
- Having practical experience with industry in the region is preferred.
- Added advantage if expert has worked for the TVET Authority of one of the EASTRIP countries.
This project is planned to start at May 1, 2021 and will entail short-term missions for experts spread over a project duration of 18 months.
