We are happy to announce that Cadena idp is shortlisted for another EASTRIP project! The goal of this particular EASTRIP project is to develop a sustainable TVET financing strategy, including legal, institutional, organizational frameworks and operational guidelines. The assignment requires to review the Ethiopian TVET system and financing strategies, to investigate international best practices for sustainable TVET financing and to come up with a strategy, implementation framework and recommendations relevant for the Ethiopian context.

For this assignment we are looking for several experts, one of which is:
TVET expert (Ethiopian) possessing:
– Post-graduate qualifications in the fields relevant to the TVET Management, TVET Policy, Vocational Management and related fields
– At least 10 years direct and relevant work experience in the area of speciality, out of which out of the two TVET experts one needs to have three years of an international experience;
– Demonstrable experience working on development policy/system/strategic documents
– Demonstrable experience working within outcome-based TVET system
– Excellent understanding of outcome-based TVET system
