Youth Engagement Expert (s) Cat II and Cat III

For the Request for Specific Contract (RfSC) received under Framework Contract (FWC): SEA 2023 Lot 12 – Education, culture and youth we are looking for a variety of experts to implement the assignment “Support to Youth Sounding Board and youth participation in policy dialogue” in Ghana.

The different experts should cover the following fields of expertise:

• Managing EU funded projects: planning, reporting, M&E, C&V, finance and administration;
• Youth empowerment, participation, inclusion and networking;
• Assessment and capacity building of Civil Society Organizations, notably youth led organizations;
• Skills in communication and visibility strategies; experience in relations with the media and in maximising the use of social media;
• Event organisation (seminars, workshops, training sessions, etc.)
• Knowledge of the Ghanaian context and having previous working on youth participation and engagement issues in Ghana.
